Figure 9. Terkei-Kassala : There is no clear evidence as to when horses were introduced to the Ennedi but Bailloud suspected that they came together with camels around the beginning of the Common Era.
      This is the only place where an artist managed to produce a blue-ish pigment of unknown components. Quite surely it was not meant to be black as there are no black horses anywhere else while true black colour was used occasionally on other motifs.
